About Our Creative Approach
We build on strengths and engage the creative process. Our Creative Approach uses the creating method to develop a vision and take action to attain it.

This Approach offers a framework that that honors the richness of diversity. It offers tools that help people to incorporate many views of reality, reflected in many eyes, each based on different experiences. When we engage multiple truths, we expand our ability to create something that will work.

Tools help to shift from problems to possibilities, from barriers to breakthroughs. Then people can:
Focus on what you want to create.
Create space for different ideas.
Honor differences and build connections with others.
Avoid "shoulds" (as in they "should" do it my way.)
Find the green lights – the opportunities and possibilities.

A hallmark of this approach is its combination of analysis and imagination. Tools offer ways to access both left brain analytic and right brain creative thinking and action.

Creative thinking is not about artistic ability. It’s about the ability to access one’s imagination.
